Agriculture
We understand the importance of having the highest quality equipment when it comes to farming of all kinds. We are here to help prevent corrosion and make sure that your irrigation systems, grain systems, etc., are protected through galvanization. Protecting your equipment can save hundreds, even thousands of dollars overall as it significantly lowers decay and maintenance.
Pole Line Hardware
Pole line hardware, nuts and bolts, and other essential tools and equipment are necessary for providing a safe and durable structure.
Pole line hardware, as well as fasteners, decay should not be taken lightly. These parts will need to be repaired at some point, why not galvanize them in order to insure low maintenance and avoid corrosion? Galvanization insures that you will get your money’s worth out of the product by preventing rust and decay.
Recreational
From water slide components to boat docks, Crossroads will make sure that your recreational needs are met for generations to come. Our team has decades of experience in protecting your family vacation from corrosion. No job is too big or too small for Crossroads Galvanizing.
By hot-dip galvanizing recreational components, the safety of these structures is reinforced. Let us bring your recreational boat docks, waterslides, trailers, and the like to life with the power and visual appeal of galvanized steel.
Energy
Solar panels are becoming increasingly popular as they are a wonderful alternative energy source. As their popularity grows, it seems only fitting to protect them and make them as maintenance free as possible. Protecting solar panels from corrosion with hot-dip galvanization is an option that is becoming more of a must. Solar panels face the full fury of the elements as they are outside all year round with little to no protection. With these circumstances, damage is almost inevitable. We can help you eliminate these damages by dipping panel structures in a thick coat of zinc that will stand the wear and tear of time.
Team Crossroads has decades of experience galvanizing steel for every facet of the energy sector. Be it Nuclear, coal, oil and gas or renewable energy like wind and solar, we have you covered.
Fasteners (Spin Galvanizing)
Spin galvanizing is used for small parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, hinges, and brackets. This process involves taking these parts, immersing them into molten zinc, then spinning off the excess. This process results in evenly coated, galvanized small parts that require little to no post-processing. Request a quote for more information.
Miscellaneous Structure
Do you have something you need galvanized that doesn’t quite fit into the listed categories above? We can do it! For more information, give us a call or send us an email.
By-Products
Here at Crossroads Galvanizing, since we place a major emphasis on recycling and reusing chemicals, we offer our by-products from hot-dip galvanizing for consideration as well. These by-products include skims and dross which can both be recycled and put back into use.
Crystals: Zinc sulfate and iron sulfate crystals are dissolved solids extracted from our cleaning tanks which can be used to produce fertilizer. We can also customize different blends to meet your needs.
Skims: Skims are the zinc rich oxidation layer that is formed on the top of the kettle contents after hot-dip galvanization.
Dross: Dross are made up of loose particles of steel/iron that react with the molten zinc.
If you are interested in purchasing these by-products from us, please let us know!
